MALAYSIANA 2022

The Malaysiana 2022 print collection features three different pattern designs (Gingko, Nonya, Starburst),  inspired by flora found in Malaysia and Asia.  Each hand-drawn print is different in nature but unified through style and feel, thus expressing the diversity of Malaysia. As a Malaysian artist,  Marini seeks to tell stories with her patterns and will be adding more to this collection in years to come.

Six fashion samples has been made for people to see what the prints would look like as clothes. These curated samples are nods to Asian fashion and range from the beloved Kaftan to the Kimono wrap. They were made for the ‘Malaysiana woman’; a global woman who is bold, progressive and creative. She is easy going, loves feeling breezy, and doesn’t take long to get ready at all. Despite this she still manages to appear stylish and effortless. She may be seen in the same basic pieces often (practicing the concept of owning a conscious wardrobe),  but she still manages to create different looks with them. 

This collection is available as loose fabric or Made-To-Order fashion.
